Together with Alfred we defined our TA’s key barrier — absence of trust and not yet not clear advantages. Our objective was to define the category service is related to. We decided merge easy markers from nearby categories — "car repair service" and "concierge service".
This is how positioning "1st car repair concierge service" has appeared. Next key step was to understand how to take advantage from the great experience brand gives. We decided to create client-centric platform with personification and developed name "Alfred" and personalised brand platform.
